I'm Dr. Meaghan Chaplin — a special education expert with over 20 years of experience in education and special education leadership. I hold a Ph.D. from the University of Miami and have spent my career building systems, leading teams, and most importantly, making sure that every child gets the support they deserve.
As a Former ESE Program Administrator and Instructional Supervisor with Miami-Dade County Public Schools, I've worked from every angle of the special education process — compliance, IEPs, evaluations, due process, and family advocacy. Now I bring that expertise directly to families and schools that need it most.
I'm bilingual (English & Spanish) and dedicated to helping every family navigate this journey with clarity and confidence.
